The space
Villa Ginger Dreamin' is a large house with 5bedrooms, 4bathrooms, which includes a separate cozy suite, multiple areas to relax and retreat. Nightly rates are based on the number of guests so each adult and all children over 2 should be including in the guest list for an accurate count. The master bedroom has a private patio for early morning coffee or late nightcaps. There is a bonus room for reading, playing games or private conversations. The landing is equipped with a desk and printer for the you to combine work and fun. All bedrooms, bonus room and living room, patio have AC and/or fans and the property is reducing its carbon footprint with solar hot water and solar panels linked to the electric grid. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes or for a chef to work culinary magic. Brunch or dinner can be cooked by our staff, please contact your host for menus and prices. There is a washer and dryer that is used by the staff to wash beach towels and a few personal items for guests if necessary.

Guest access
Each group is booked separately and has access to the entire house.

The community pool is available for swimming and socializing 24/7. The lighted tennis courts and lit and can be reserved in advance.
